Enjoying full management responsibility for this fully accredited, 70 bed residential aged care facility, the successful candidate will be well supported with a Clinical Care Manager and two Clinical Care Coordinators on site. There is also on site administrative, sales, quality and AN-ACC support. In addition you will also have significant support from Head Office and a demonstrated commitment from the organisation to grow and enhance their services and reputation in the area.
Whilst the successful candidate is NOT REQUIRED TO BE CLINICALLY QUALIFIED, they will need to have proven management experience gained from within the residential aged care sector. In addition outstanding interpersonal and time management skills are also essential as are outstanding leadership skills and a genuine interest and passion for the delivery of Best Practice Care to residents.
