Permanent Full time.
This role will:
- Coordinate and manage facilities development including minor new works projects undertaken by the Building, Engineering and Maintenance department to ensure ongoing development of Health Care Services within the NWHHS
- Lead, manage, direct and coordinate all the multi-disciplined building trades, drafting resources, grounds maintenance resources and activities of the engineering department as well as all the relevant external contractors to provide reliable and efficient building, engineering and maintenance services to all clients within the NWHHS.
- Work with and advise the BEMS Director of Facilities Management on planning and design, to ensure that new building works and minor renovations/redevelopments seamlessly integrate with existing and proposed campus infrastructure as to facilitate the provision of optimum health
- The position is responsible for the coordination and supervision of repairs and maintenance and minor new works to all buildings and equipment within the NWHHS.
- To be part of a team that actively contributes to patient safety by following policies, procedures and protocols of the North West Hospital and Health Service.
- To support continued improvement of health services by always participating in quality improvement opportunities.

- base salary ranges between $132,072 - $141,738 p.a. (AO7).
- 4 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer super contribution

Role requirements
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant.
