Facility Manager | Aged Care 

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse who has real accountability and a solid track record within Residential Aged Care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the facility.

• Overseeing the operations of this aged care facility 
• Located in the New England NSW region

• Quality, Clinical Governance, Operations & HR support
• Experienced Clinical Care Manager on-site + 24/7 RN coverage

Experience Required: 

• Demonstrated leadership skills within Aged Care
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and RNs
• Current AHPRA Registration
