We are seeking a Trainee Property Manager to learn and assist with the professional management of properties on our rent roll. As this is a Trainee position, no experience is necessary - but those with experience will not necessarily be excluded. Full training through a Registered Training Organisation will be paid for, for the successful candidate.
The role includes;
- Front desk duties
- Data entry
- Assisting with inspections
- Assisting with home opens
- Processing applications
- Preparation of tenancy documents
- Advertising properties
- General assistance to the Principal and Property Managers
The ideal candidate will have:
