Form of workThe Position:
As the Facility Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic direction and staff performance of the facility.
- Full time Monday - Friday position
- Located in the Shepparton area
- You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs for the facility are under control
- You will be responsible for supporting all staff/management of staff
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of accreditation standards and compliance, profits and loss
- Ensure that all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Information:
- Salary is 130k - 145k base + salary packaging + super
- Medium sized Aged Care organisation with a reputable presence throughout Victoria
- Full-time secure position
- Medium-sized home with around 80 beds
- Great opportunity for you to grow with the organisation
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent
- Current Covid vaccinations
- Current Influenza Vaccinations
- 2-5 years experience in Aged Care in relevant supervisory or management level position
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of AN-ACC assessment , care planning and procedures
- Be customer focused with a passion for working in Aged Care
- Have excellent attention to detail, be honest and reliable, and possess a positive and flexible attitude
- A proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a team
