TwoScots are partnering with one of the world's fastest growing retail brands, who are seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The Office Manager will play an integral role in the business, overseeing smooth running of the Cremorne Head Office daily and coordinating internal and external company events. This is a part time, temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Maintaining office facilities and replenishing kitchen stationery supplies.
- Coordinating both internal and external events, including facility set up and catering.
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees
- Coordinating with vendors on regular service maintenance or repairs
- Other ad hoc duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in a global company desired
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities against multiple deadlines
