Temporary Property Manager / Remote

The CompanyWorking on a remote portfolio for a well-known residential brand in Australia. About the Role

Working remotely, you will be managing a portfolio located in Melbourne's west.

The Duties

• Managing 4 -5 houses, 5 people in each house
• Full support from a VA 
• Conduct Routines, maintenance, lease renewals 
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Handle all correspondence between the company and your owners/tenants
• Part-time role – 15-20 hours per week with a view to full-time when the portfolio grows

Skills & Experience

• MUST be a Licenced Estate Agent
• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• Valid PM Registration
• Experience with Property Management Software 
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Neat & tidy presentation
• Must have a license
