About the Role
Working remotely, you will be managing a portfolio located in Melbourne's west.
The Duties
- Managing 4 -5 houses, 5 people in each house
- Full support from a VA
- Conduct Routines, maintenance, lease renewals
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Handle all correspondence between the company and your owners/tenants
- Part-time role – 15-20 hours per week with a view to full-time when the portfolio grows
- MUST be a Licenced Estate Agent
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- Valid PM Registration
- Experience with Property Management Software
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service, along with highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Neat & tidy presentation
- Must have a license
