Facility Manager - Aged Care

A this home, you will lead a team of dedicated Aged Care professionals in a dynamic and diverse role. From managing resident admissions and marketing to overseeing clinical documentation, your responsibilities will vary each day. You will be instrumental in fostering a resident-centred culture, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a resident-centred culture that upholds dignity, respect, and compassion for all residents.
• Monitor clinical care processes to implement improvements, minimize risks, and ensure the safety of all stakeholders.
• Maintain Clinical Governance to achieve and uphold accreditation standards in line with policy and regulations.
• Oversee medication management and infection prevention control practices to align with best practices and legislative frameworks.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their rights and responsibilities are upheld.
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture, fostering strong employee engagement and teamwork.

Key Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving change and improvement in Aged Care environments.
• Commitment to quality care with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Aged Care practices, including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Exceptional team-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to effectively prioritize workloads.
