We have an opportunityfor an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Campus Management on afull-time ongoing basis.

WHO YOU ARE  You are committed to maintain properties to thehighest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of aprofessional property management company.Key to your success will be your provenfacilities management experience and demonstrated ability to coordinate all WH&Sissues and systems, including emergency management planning and contractormanagement.

 Key responsibilities for this role will include,but not limited to:  

• Conducting general maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment as set out by the maintenance program.
• Maintaining accurate and current repair and maintenance records by - documenting and reporting faults, repairs and maintenance within the maintenance system.
• Accountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services; stakeholder and service contractor management across Campus.
• Contractor management to ensure organisational and legislative health, safety and environment obligations are met
• Manage risk management, WH&S procedures and policies and undertake sustainability initiatives!
• File, report & record maintenance records and incident management!
• Assist CEO to manage the Campus premises.

Ourmandatory requirements include:

• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Minimum 2 year experience in facility management of commercial buildings in Australia.
