AddressFactory Hands & General Hands wanted in the Canning Vale area! We are seeking candidates to join our expanding client in their production assembly department. The right candidates can start immediately!
Prior experience in an assembly-line will be highly favoured, particularly experience soldering and operating hand and power tools. If you are willing to learn new skills and contribute to our team, we still encourage you to apply!
Factory Hand responsibilities:
- Working in all areas of an air-conditioning production assembly.
- Working with hand and power tools to assemble and maintain equipment.
- Soldering equipment and parts to quality standards.
- Interpreting detailed work instructions and diagrams.
- Packing & Dispatching of orders.
- General warehousing duties.
Sheet Metal Trade Assistant responsibilities:
- Assist in the Sheet Metal department operating fixed plant machinery to cut, bend and roll materials.
- Measure and cut materials utilizing hand and power tools.
- Perform MIG Welding to assemble frames.
- Assist with Assembly and soldering of units.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workshop.
- Participate in production tasks as advised by the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police clearance (OR willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
