Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a production team in their processing department. This role involves handling of products and operating machinery, as well as heavy and repetitive lifting. These casual roles cover varying shift times.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have:
- Proven machine operation experience within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numeracy skills
- Exceptional work ethic and dedication
- Knowledge and experience working with food safety
- The ability to work around and be in contact with allergens
- A focus on meeting deadlines and high attention to detail
- The desire to work within a strong team environment
- The ability to learn quickly and follow procedures and instructions
- A focus on health and safety.
The following skills are highly desirable:
- Experience of working in a factory environment.
- Operating equipment running large volume products
- Continuous improvement training
- Able to do repetitive tasks
