Role Overview:

Be a part of our growing team at Evo Technology Solutions with multiple full-time positions available for skilled Factory Hands and junior Factory Hands. We are seeking candidates with mechanical or electrical aptitude, and experience in sign production, and or fabrication would be an advantage. This role encompasses providing support across various manufacturing processes to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of specific products or components.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, promptly reporting any issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for a secure working environment.
• Work on tasks involving mechanical or electrical components.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production area.

Requirements:

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in fabrication is advantageous.
• Effective team-oriented work skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to perform installations at various locations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Assistance in Manufacturing:

• Support the team in all areas of manufacture and production as required, with additional on-site training provided.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience with power tools and hand tools
• Previous experience using factory equipment, i.e., CNC Router (advantageous).
• Ideally from an assembly, manufacturing and / or sign production environment.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift 25kgs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
