To achieve this we have a strong commitment to continual improvement and innovation. Most of our custom signage orders are produced in only 24 hours.
We are now looking for an Afternoon Shift Production Floor Supervisor to join our team and help us to continue to grow!
You will be focused on:
- Working with the Other Shift Supervisor's on scheduling of production resources and day to day team management.
- Provide timely support and resolution of operational issues as they come up on the production floor.
- Ensuring maximum productivity from the production team.
- Achieving manufacturing KPI’s and reporting to management.
- Ensuring QC is maintained and non-conformance is being reported
- Assisting with implementation of continual process improvement and adoption by the production team.
- Maintain safety in the workflow and ensure WH&S guidelines are adhered to.
- Communicating with external suppliers of equipment and maintenance technicians.
You will have:
- Minimum 4+ years experience as a Floor Supervisor or manager in a factory environment.
- A history of commitment to your roles and workplaces.
- Strong organisation & leadership skills and a love for a fast paced work environment.
- Strong knowledge of technology. From our in-house state of the art software development to our best in class digital printing & cutting equipment, we are all about utilising the latest technology to drive efficiency.

We can offer:
Attractive Remuneration (Negotiable) inc Base Wage + SGC
Hours of the role are 10pm-6am Sun-Thr, however can change based on requirements. Our production teams run 24 hours, 5 days a week.
