Caddy Storage has an opportunity for a Supervisor for the afternoon shift to join our established, production Department in Blacktown NSW.
- Paid Overtime

This is a fast-paced role where you will bring your attention to detail and can-do attitude to meet daily targets
The below hours are factory working hours
3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Thursday
3:30 pm to 10:00 pm on a Friday
The opportunity
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Production Supervisor.
You will be responsible for
- Experience in setting up, training, and managing a team
- A Keen eye for detail and quality control over procedures
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Must have the ability to learn and set up CNC bending machines
- Learn all aspects of how machines operate
- Inspecting all jobs throughout the work progress
- Liaise with the factory manager and other Supervisors in daily meetings
- Need to be hands-on (This is not a desk Job)

Requirements
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills are desirable
- Knowledge of Environmental Health and safety awareness
- Manual dexterity and physical fitness
- Computer skills
