As the company continues to expand its operations, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory/Site Manager to join the team. The Factory/Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and operations at the manufacturing facility.
This includes ensuring the efficient utilisation of resources, maintaining high-quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimising efficiency and minimising waste. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, including supervisors, operators, and maintenance technicians in large teams of up to 200. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
