The Role:
As a Family Lawyer, you'll have the autonomy and freedom to manage your own matters. This collaborative team approach fosters engagement in high-level strategic discussions with Accredited Specialists to formulate the best approach to complex matters. Additionally, you'll have access to mentorship from one of Australia's most respected Family Law Specialists and the opportunity to provide mentorship to talented Lawyers and juniors.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated, passionate, and team-minded Lawyer to establish a home within a respected and talented team, facilitating ongoing career development and progression. You will take carriage of complex and interesting Family Law disputes and play an active role in building the outstanding reputation of the firm.

- Demonstrates autonomy and independent creative problem-solving skills while embracing teamwork.
- Exhibits outstanding legal knowledge and skill in Family Law, negotiation, and advocacy.

- Can commit to a full-time 5-day working week (8:15 am to 5:15 pm) with potential for a work-from-home arrangement one day per week. A balanced working life is important to this firm.
