Your new role
An opportunity to join the firm’s successful growing Family Law team. Great support and great rewards, you’ll be supported by a small team including a Director, another Lawyer and 2 x paralegals to maximise your efforts.

What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum of 2+ years PAE within Family Law
• Court attendances including directions, mentions and instructing Counsel at interim and final hearings
• Researching, drafting and managing Court documents including affidavits, orders, case outlines, balance sheets, financial statements and all other family law documents
• Preparing briefs to Counsel and instructing Counsel with respect to upcoming Court events
• Attending mediation with experienced family law mediators
• Liaising with clients on family law matters including taking instructions, drafting, preparing letters of advice, general day to day correspondence and file management
• Ability and desire to attend court
• Great communication skills: ability to positively interact with stakeholders and clients
