Our client is a well-known full service law firm which has a number of offices around the Sunshine Coast. The Family Law team are based in Maroochydore and the working environment is collaborative among the Lawyers and well- supported by Legal Assistants.
We are seeking a Family Lawyer who has experience in a wide range of matters including:

• Complex divorce & property settlements;
• Binding financial agreements;
• Child support; and
• Defacto & same sex relationships.

Responsibilities of the role are:

• Running your own family law files from end to end, and collaborating with a well-trained Head of Family Law when needed;
• Negotiating matters to settlement;
• Drafting Court documents and Court appearances; and
• Building a strong rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least three solid years of Family Law experience and be passionate about helping their clients.
