Family Lawyer - Associate Level

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Associate Solicitor with strong time management and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for family and relationship law. The successful candidate will be a team player with attention to detail, who has the ability to adapt and respond to client instructions promptly and practically. In addition, the successful candidate will be client‑focused and display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to respectfully reality test client instructions. 

We offer:

• Above market remuneration packages. Associate roles will attract a base salary of between $120,000 and $150,000.
• Performance-based financial incentives, including client service and business development bonuses (paid quarterly).
• Reasonable and achievable billing targets.
• Private file load (no legal aid), with no deferred fee engagements.
• Flexible working arrangements.
• Experience in all aspects of family law, including high-value and complex property matters, as well as high-risk parenting matters. 
• The opportunity to work autonomously and manage your own files, but also with the support and guidance of our Managing Director where the need is identified.
• A genuine interest in fostering and improving your legal training and building your profile within the family law fraternity and with associated professionals.
