Family Lawyer

Family Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in  Sydney CBD. • Salary can be negotiated upon skills and experience but a guide is $120,000 to $150,000 + Super

About the Family Law work:

The firm is well established and has a prestigious family law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including : 

• Divorce and separation
• Binding Financial agreements
• Complex property settlements
• Defacto and same-sex marriage
• Child support and parenting agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations 

Requirements : 

• Minimum 5 years PAE of Family Law experience (ideally ranging across complex matters) 
• time management and organisational skills;
• enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences.
