Position: Family Service Team Locum - Case Manager
Location: Frankston
Term: 6-10 weeks (with potential for extension)
Remuneration: Level 4 SCHADS locum rates between $51 + Super 💼💸

As a Case Manager, you will guide families through information gathering and planning processes, ensuring their active involvement in decision-making at every phase towards self-determination. 🌈👨👩👧👦
Key Responsibilities:
