- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualised support plans for clients. π

- Be the voice for clients' needs and rights, assisting them in accessing appropriate services and resources. π£οΈπΌ
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and external stakeholders to provide wrap-around support for clients. π€

- Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field. π
- Previous experience working in the field of domestic and Family Violence. πΌ
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and best practices in case management. π§
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. π¬π€
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with external service providers. π
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required. πβ
