Family Violence Outreach & Afterhours Practice Lead

ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT

YANA Family Violence Service is focused on providing a safe environment for victim survivors to consider a range of options for their future and to own their decisions. We are committed to seeking outcomes that recognise each victim survivor as an individual with particular needs.

The new role will work with our Practice Lead, Practice & Quality Manager and other staff members to establish appropriate Outreach Family Violence services in community setting to Family Violence support co-case management model. The role will also support and mentor the Family Violence Support Workers, providing regular supervision and offering assistance to staff developing a holistic client centered approach to case- management in conjunction with the Practice Lead. The role will work from 11.30am till 7.30pm Monday to Friday to enable contact with external services, the Family Violence practitioner team and afterhours support worker team.
