We are seeking a caring and passionate individual to join our Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) team. In this role you will work closely with families to deliver a range of activities including group work and parenting and individual support. You will be supported in your role with a mentor and given opportunities for training and development.
Part-time role, offering a maximum term contract to 27 June 2025, and if further funding is made available, an additional contract may be offered.
