Form of work We are looking for 14 Horticulture Farm Hands on a Farm located 1.5hours South of Perth.
This position will run from June 2024 to approximately May 2025 with the option of working another season. Also potential to upskill or provide training to applicants.
Duties Include
Picking Fruit
Weeding
Tractor Driving
General Farm Labour
Planting
Packhouse Work
Forklift Operator
Horticulture Award 2020 ($28.26 per hour)
Accommodation on Site
Working hours for the season are Monday to Saturday approximately 8-hour days, approximate working hours 7.00am- 4.00pm which counts towards all visa days. This job is paid a casual hourly under the Horticulture Award 2020.
Skills and Requirements
1. Required to be physically fit and hard working.
2. Able to work in a team environment.
3. Follow instructions and directions from Supervisors/Managers
4. Commit to the end of the season.
5. Have a positive and hard-working attitude
6. Must be able to work outdoors in mixed climate conditions ranging from cold and wet to hot and humid.
