As an experienced receptionist, you will be provided an opportunity to work within a successful, fast pace real estate agency.
Tasks include
-Supporting directors and other team members
-Day to day running of a professional office, including maintaining a positive and professional working environment for both clients and agents
-Answering and directing phone calls and emails
-Data entry
-Assist with the administrative process from listing through to sale of a property.
-Liaise with external parties including conveyances
-Marketing for property's, ordering of advertising materials
-Assisting in general property management roles
Skills required:
-Advanced level of computer literacy
-Strong attention to detail, administrative process written and verbal communication
-Effective time management, achieving deadlines and targets
-Ability to perform under pressure, working autonomously and within a team
Personal qualities required:
-Dynamic with a sense of ownership, drive and enthusiasm
-Exceptional work ethic and demonstrate professional conduct at all times
-Have a positive outlook and a willingness to achieve
-Be reliable honest, and punctual
