SalaryThe work includes harvesting and pruning of nut plants and general maintenance.
Work will commence in June 2024 and be ongoing for 9 months.
Individuals must have a resilient attitude towards outdoor work, capable of thriving in various weather conditions and are willing to accommodate flexible schedules, including weekends and early morning starts.
Physical fitness is paramount, as tasks entail lifting, bending, and carrying heavy harvest buckets on uneven terrain. You will also need to sustain positions like bending and squatting for extended periods throughout the day.
Successful candidates will be offered employment on a casual basis and paid under the Horticultural Award 2020.
This job has opportunities for upskilling and training.
Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test.
