We are looking for a self-motivated and outcome-focused Fashion E-commerce Specialist to join our collaborative at our Head Office in Woolloongabba.

As a Fashion E-commerce Specialist, you'll take charge of the daily operations of our online store, from strategic site merchandising to engaging content management, all aimed at driving sales conversion and enhancing customer communications. Your dedication will be instrumental in meeting business trading targets and KPIs, ensuring seamless functionality and implementing effective sales strategies to fuel our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling online product listings to captivate customers and drive sales - including image selection, product descriptions, and up-sell product listings. 
• Implement our visual merchandising strategy across digital platforms.
• Utilise sales reports and web analytics to continuously optimise website merchandising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement visual strategies that elevate the online shopping experience.
• Ensure the accuracy of product data across various platforms.
• Liaise with customer care and marketing teams to enhance the online shopping journey.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product delivery schedule for site uploads and e-commerce shoots.
• Establish and maintain web photography standards.
• Drive conversion rate optimisation through product merchandising.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Provide regular insights into website and customer activity.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase conversions and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in fashion e-commerce with a focus on visual merchandising - you have the eye!
• Ability to balance commercial and creative objectives effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of ecommerce/digital experience in Fashion.
• 1-2 years with Shopify Advanced experience essential.
• Proficiency in SEO skills preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
