• Seeking a dedicated administration clerk to join the Elective Booking Office team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
• Permanent Part time and Fulltime positions available.

Your new team:The Elective Booking office are responsible for the data entry and maintenance of the planned surgical waitlist at RMH. Working closely with the surgical liaison nurses you will be well supported in a friendly cohesive team.Your new role:

• Responsible for the clerical, administration, and data integrity of the planned surgical preparation list.
• Under the guidance of the surgical liaison nurse you will book, schedule, and notify patients of their upcoming procedures.
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries from patients and their carers.

About you:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer skills prior experience with iPM and EPIC desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Respectful, kind, punctual and team orientated personality.

Selection Criteria Desirable: Previous medical administration experience
