They are known as the go to company with a global footprint operating in over 170 countries.THE ROLEWe are looking for an administrator to join the team on 1-3 month long assignment.The aim of this position is to handle warranty claims promptly and communicate effectively with Dealers/Service Agents.Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available for starting and finishing times.Your key responsibilities will be:
- Timely processing of claims received from Dealers, Service Agents, and Contractors.
- Handling incoming phone inquiries regarding warranty and payment issues related to warranty jobs.
- Accurate data entry of claims into the SAP system.
- Saving completed claims on the server and attaching them to the SAP System.
- Diligent follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Communication with Dealers, Service Agents, and Contractors to collect missing claim details and monitor job progress.
- Prompt notification to the Warranty Manager of any pricing discrepancies.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Undertaking additional general duties as assigned by the Warranty Manager or National Service Manager.Looking forward the successful candidate will be moving into a sales role.
