ROLE DESCRIPTION:
• Creating and maintaining purchase and sales orders to ensure delivery from receipt to dispatch.
• Liaise with production and shipping departments to coordinate timely dispatch and delivery of stock to all customers.
• Accurate data entry and processing information required for use on the company’s software platforms.
• Creating and updating budget and sales reports, running stock reports and weekly sell thru reports.
• Liaising with internal and external customers & assistants.
• Accurate processing of orders, articles, APNs, costing sheets.
• Colour matching and creation of folders for new season styles.
• Organising submissions for all buyer samples, ad samples and any other samples requested.
• General assistance with all of the Sales Manager's duties.
• Other general administration tasks as required.
CANDIDATE'S KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Qualification in a fashion-based course highly regarded
- Industry based experience highly regarded
- Must be very organised, self-motivated and pro-actve
- Eye for detail is essential
- Strong computer skills
- Time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
