Fees Platform Product Manager

Are you a driven individual with an interest in Wealth Management?

Join our Wealth platforms business in Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group and help deliver outcomes for the second largest wrap platform in the Australian market.

Your key focus will be to manage critical fees product management initiatives, across the broader Wealth ecosystem including the following, though not limited to:

• Product Management: Working directly with Product Directors, you will help set clear goals and provide inputs and planning to help ensure appropriate resourcing for meeting both regulatory and compliance obligations
• Stakeholder management: With a variety of demands due to the regulatory and competitive nature of the industry, it is important to have excellent prioritisation, influencing and relationship management skills to agree on the priorities for the team and to manage to tight delivery timeframes. You will work with a variety of teams across the BFS ecosystem to support delivery of projects as well as supporting individual escalated matters as they arise.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Become one of the key Wealth fees product SMEs across the Wealth eco-system and support teams such as Sales, Operations, Technology and Service with queries/escalations

You will have

• minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services
• strong written and verbal skills
• ability to effectively manage senior stakeholders
• excellent attention to detail
• ability to foster and build a collaborative working relationship across the ecosystem
• ability to effectively manage deadlines, work under pressure
• natural curiosity and ability to build product knowledge quickly
• strong risk management mindset

To be successful in this role, you will have analytical mindset and excellent skills in managing prioritisation, deliverables and stakeholders. You will also be a strong communicator and be self motivated to drive outcomes. Wealth Management experience is preferred but not required.
