This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about big data technologies, enjoys solving problems and takes pride in delivering high quality solutions. You will work in a multi-talented, diverse team across multiple geographical locations and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring your in-depth knowledge of big data best practices and a desire to work in a DevOps environment where you will have end-to-end ownership for developing, deploying and supporting your solutions. The ideal candidate will have the following core skills:
- Strong knowledge of Spark (preferably using Python)
- Knowledge of big data querying tools (Presto, Trino, Impala etc)
- good understanding of Data Warehousing/ETL concepts
- experience with cloud platforms would be ideal (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- experience with CI/CD tools
