Field Appointment Consultant

Job Summary:

Our innovative program, the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU), allows us to assist homeowners in making their homes more energy-efficient and eco-friendly. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Appointment Consultant to join our team and be a part of this sustainability journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers following leads provided by our lead generators.
• Educate homeowners on the installation procedures pertaining to products offered within the VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrades) program.
• Conduct energy assessments to determine eligibility for residence installations.
• Prepare and provide customers with comprehensive quotations using our CRM system, along with all necessary documentation via email.
• Assist homeowners in navigating the appointment process and confirm installation dates.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to organize and facilitate installations.
• Stay informed about the most recent activities in energy-saving technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Have previous in-field sales experience (preferred but not essential) 
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
