Form of workABOUT THE ROLE:AWX is Seeking Field Assistants to Join the National Fire Ant Eradication Program to help eradicate the invasive species. ROLE INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Pay Rate: $33.32 per hour
- Role location: Molendinar - Induction 15th April
- MUST have valid driver's licence (Open preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol testing.
- A sound level of computer skills and literacy.
- Customer service background advantageous.
- Able to work a 9 day fortnight, Monday to Friday, with every 2nd Monday off.
(average of 76 hours in the fortnight)
- Hours of work: Start times between 6:30am and 7am depending on time of year and team allocation.
Finish times between 3:30pm and 4pm
- If successful there will be a 1 day paid induction based at Berrinba.
- We supply PPE for this role.
