About the role

It's an exciting time to join Senex with the recent announcement that we plan to invest more than A$1 billion in a major expansion of our Atlas and Roma North natural gas assets.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Field Engineer - Wells & Gathering. Your role is primarily site-based and operational. You will focus on delivering Project Engineering services for a variety of work while providing input into larger development projects.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Developing project design concepts, scopes and budgets, schedules and management of a variety of projects
• Providing engineering assistance on larger projects as requested
• Engineer and project manage various plant facilities within the development scope
• Lead, supervise and mentor others
• Ensure all installations comply with the relevant legislation and systems and procedures.

About You

You are someone with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload effectively and have a pro-active attitude. You take responsibility and are accountable for your actions. Recognizing the importance of teamwork, you will champion support and sharing information.

Furthermore you will have:

• A relevant engineering degree and/or qualification
• Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry and or an engineering company
• Thorough knowledge of CSG wells, gathering systems and production facilities
• Good understanding of CSG water management infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills
