Coordinating with the design team for planning and managing the NSW critical infrastructure construction field workforce for project delivery to meet the required time, budget, quality and WHS requirements. This role reports to the NSW Stare Construction Manager.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Supervising, coordinating and planning tasks aligned with the project scopes
- Coordinating with the design team to deliver required business outcomes
- Supervision of high risk tasks
- Project budget forecasts
- Identifying electrical infrastructure for design
- Creating method of procedures for required projects
- Negotiating pricing and contracts for procurement
- Negotiating pricing and contracts for contractors
- Required applications and coordinating site access
- Managing the NSW CI construction field workforce to deliver program of works
- Managing the NSW CI construction field workforce timesheets, A/L + RDOs, project revisions & compliance
- Quality assurance inspections and checks
- Overseeing logistics for material procurement
- Project pre-delivery audits and inspections
- Progress reporting
- Proven experience leading project teams
- Project Management qualifications or currently undertaking study to acquire
- Licenced Electrician
- Minimum 5 years telco experience - knowledge of Telepower, electrical, generators, CSF & BES
- Proven experience working with telepower and undertaking high risks cut overs
- AI remote and alarm configuration experience and knowledge
- Telco site requirements (Telstra, Optus & TPG)
- 38 hours - Monday to Friday
