The are what drive and unite us across the globe.About the Role/ The Opportunity:We are looking for a highly experienced partnerships professional. This person will be expected to represent the partnership organization in the ANZ region both internally and externally and can think strategically while acting tactically to achieve the goals required for success. This is a key role in one of our core markets so requires someone seasoned with strong business and commercial acumen. This role is in part managing and getting the best from the existing partner base but also finding new partners, and routes to market that will ensure success for the overall ANZ region over the coming 3 years.
What You'll Do:- Create partner led sales velocity to support overall license revenue growth between Sitecore Sellers and Partner ecosystem in the ANZ region.
- Collaborate on a cross functional plan to drive predicable revenue growth with the sellers and take an active role in assisting in the closure of deals.
- Collaborate with existing and newly signed partners to drive predictable growth through agreed business plans, while ensuring the quality of delivery via adequate investing in training and development.
- Collaborate with partner marketing to run partner marketing events, partner advisory council, and help partner support Sitecore events for maximum business impact.
- Lead the entire partner strategy and execution for the APJ region, this should be aligned with our strategic sales GTM and may involve bringing on new partner types and finding new routes to market.
- Run weekly forecast sessions and pipeline reviews with portfolio partners and be proactive in forecast sessions as a peer not a report.
What You Need to Succeed- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of Partner/Alliance experience in SAAS -Enterprise Software organization, preferably in MarTech industry.
- Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to effectively analyze pipeline reports, accurately forecast.
- Must be comfortable operating at all levels of internal and Partner organizations and can think strategically while acting tactically.
- Ability to thrive amongst ambiguity and self-assess priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence partners.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and can influence change through persuasion, critical thinking, and negotiation.
