Achievers is looking for an outstanding Field Marketing Specialist (APAC) to join our demand generation team. In this role you will align closely with sales to drive event strategy and support pipeline success. We are on a mission to change the way the world works by promoting the Achievers Employee Experience Platform - a proven solution to increase workforce engagement. You should be passionate about event marketing and bring creativity, humor and a sense of dedication to your craft.
Responsibilities:
- Scale repeatable in-person experience programs (breakfasts & dinners) to deliver consistent connection and community among Achievers, & HR Leaders.
- Execute against global playbooks in APAC region for Tradeshow and Webinar strategies.
- Deliver new ideas and creative approaches to constantly improve the client experience
- Draft detailed briefs to internal & external services (Content, Marketing Operations, Web, Email, Creative, Copy, Event Agency) to secure timely delivery of required assets.
- Work in an agile environment, respecting stakeholders required work back schedules and business requirements.
- Own channel reporting, providing clear analysis on program success and challenges. Report against program delivery against MQL, SQL & ROI.
- Focus your attention on actions that deliver against marketing targets, manage partners and agencies to focus on amazing attendee experiences.
- Prioritise delivering the marketing metrics that matter most to our internal stakeholders (MQL, SQL & ROI) and secure partners and agencies to deliver the high-quality experience our community expects.
- Develop new programs, test new initiatives, and maintain event best practices guidelines. Our goal is to deliver "what great looks like".
- Be open to learning and testing new event technologies. Ensure data cleanliness. Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation Software, & excel.

- You are dynamic, articulate, and confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects in tight timeframes with minimal guidance.
- You have strong project management and communication skills.
- You are technical and can communicate effectively with stakeholders in operations, email, and web.
- You value the contribution of others; you recognise your collaborators, and you take the time to celebrate exciting wins.
