Our Opportunity
Based in either Macquarie Park/Sydney NSW or Melbourne VIC.
In this fulltime role as the Inside Sales Specialist, you will assist our regional clients remotely (occasionally on site), providing exceptional service to ensure that we are meeting their needs. Communication is everything in this role as a lot of the work will be done virtually and remotely.
We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about forging a career in sales and working alongside the Fisher & Paykel Appliance brand.
To be successful in this role, you'll be an enthusiastic candidate that takes pride in their work, develops long lasting relationships with an ability to work autonomously in a commercial environment. Reporting to a supportive manager, who will provide you with the tools and resources that you'll need to be successful in this role.

Key responsibilities include
- Achieve sales targets within the full line of products that we offer.
- Proactively update our customers (existing and new) on retail promotions, buy group dealer promotions and order updates.
- Provide technical training for our retail clients regionally via phone or Skype delivering the best service to our clients.
- Attend company trade shows and buy fairs on behalf of sales team.
- Capture accurate and complete information in Salesforce (CRM).
- Conduct quarterly analysis on regional account dealers' growth and classification.
- Deliver and update all pricing schedules and new product information for all our regional accounts.

- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Business degree favourable.
