Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in various industries. The Field Service Technician will be required to travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment, as well as provide training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
Diagnose and repair equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues
Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
Install and configure new equipment and software
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Drivers Licence and vehicle
