About the role
We have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our team to safely and effectively troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair Onsite equipment.
Based on our customer site, RTAY Yarwun, and reporting to the Workshop Team Leader, your role will be to:
- Carry out mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across our product range
- Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers
Skills and experience
To succeed in the role, you will have:
- A mechanical trade qualification i.e. mobile plant, light vehicle, heavy vehicle, diesel fitter or similar
- Current driver's licence
- Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised
