About the role
We have an opportunity for a motivated, reliable & suitably experienced individual to join our national Engineering Services team, to be located with the Central Qld unit based in Mackay.
The main duties of this role include but are not limited to:
- Providing Condition Monitoring, diagnostic & associated specialist mechanical services on industrial rotating equipment for key customers in the region
- The duties involve a mix of on-site activities at underground & surface plant, OES workshops together with office work (analysis & reporting).
- Maintaining & developing client satisfaction & business relationships through delivering exceptional service
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- A high level of numeracy, verbal & written communication skills
- A Mechanical or Electrical qualification (trade or tertiary)
- Significant underground coal experience
- Certification to work underground independently without supervision (or with significant hours towards certification).
- Previous experience with vibration analysis will be highly valued.
- The flexibility to frequently travel to remote sites.
- An unwavering commitment to safe working practices and compliance with EHS regulations & company procedures.
