We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Full-Time Field Service Technician to join our Service Team! If you're ready to bring your A-game and add a spark of energy to our operations, keep reading! 

In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining a fleet of products, from mobile workstations to wall mounted computers. Most of your day will be spent on-site at our customers facilities, where you will be supported by our amazing support team at head office. It's not all work and no play - we're all about work-life balance, and you'll have your weekends to recharge! 

Your reasonable fitness level will come in handy as you work your way through hospitals looking after Mobile Workstations, Wall-mounted Workstations, LCD Monitors, Hot Swap Power Systems, and Ceiling Mount Monitor Arms. 

What do you need to bring to the table? 

• Your infectious enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things. 
• A passion for providing excellent customer service - our customers are at the heart of everything we do! 
• Great communication skills that allow you to connect with both clients and our dynamic Debetrek Team effortlessly. 
• A knack for following instructions, both verbal and written, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. 
• Strong technical skills and a natural flair for troubleshooting. 
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel) to keep things organised and running smoothly. 
• A current driver's license, so you can hit the road and bring our top-notch service to healthcare facilities state wide! 
• Though not essential, a basic understanding of IT hardware will certainly give you an edge. 
• If you already have a Test and Tag Certification, it's a bonus! But if not, don't worry - we'll provide it! 
• Comply with VIC Health requirements for working in a healthcare setting.
