🔍 Role: Field Service Technician 📍 Location: Darra 💼 Full-Time Position
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs, servicing, and maintenance on electric mobility scooters, powerchairs, wheelchairs, lift chairs, and beds.
- Provide on-site support to customers in their homes, hospitals, and aged care residences.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle accounts related to service calls and equipment repairs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in repairing and servicing electric mobility and Disability Equipment.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in client interactions.
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks in the field.
- Organisational skills to handle inventory management and accounts.
