About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our team in Dandenong, VIC
Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to:
- Carry out mechanical inspections, servicing and repairs across our product range
- Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers
Skills and experience
To succeed in the role, you will have:
- A mechanical trade qualification i.e. mobile plant, light vehicle, heavy vehicle, diesel fitter or similar
- Current driver's licence
- Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- A demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervised
