Austindo is an industry leader for the maintenance and electrical support of Electric Drive Haul Trucks. Based in the Hunter Valley and celebrating over 23 years in operation, we support customers nationally with our team of experienced electricians and engineers.
About the Role
We have immediate Full Time roles available based onsite (Open Cut Coal Mines) in the Hunter Valley. Whilst mobile maintenance experience is preferred, we do offer internal training and support that enables electricians from outside the industry to transition into the mining industry.
This is a shift work position and would suit a local electrician looking for a long term role within a company passionate about electric drive truck technology.

Key responsibilities
As a qualified and professional electrician you will perform routine maintenance on mobile equipment found on a mine site. Fault finding, electrical repairs and inspections will all be part of this role.
You will be expected to maintain a high standard in all facets of the role including documentation, safety compliance, and communication.
Essential Requirements
- NSW Electrical License
- Driver’s License
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
