Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing of residential properties, including attending open houses and private inspections.
- Conduct online marketing to promote available properties.
- Handle client management, focusing on prospective tenants and their inquiries.
- Process applications and facilitate lease signing.
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure the office remains the preferred choice in the Inner Eastern suburbs.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Some real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
- Clean Driver's License and well-maintained vehicle
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Professional demeanor, immaculate presentation, and outstanding communication skills
