Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct all required outbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Dawson’s
  • Follow the proven Dawson’s sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained
  • Transition and or upgrade current customers to Dawson’s most suitable new services
  • Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented
  • Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Position requirements  

  • Proven experience in Outbound Sales and/or telemarketing
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Ability to work PM shift times. 11-7pm or 12-8pm
  • An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
  • Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
