Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all required outbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Dawson’s
- Follow the proven Dawson’s sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained
- Transition and or upgrade current customers to Dawson’s most suitable new services
- Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented
- Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Position requirements
- Proven experience in Outbound Sales and/or telemarketing
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Ability to work PM shift times. 11-7pm or 12-8pm
- An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
- Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
