The Role:
This Government Agency is seeking an Field Services Officer to join the team to provide level 1 & 2 ICT Field Services support to the organisation.
The Responsibilities:
- Monitor and action the Field Services Incident Queue ensuring that agreed Service Level Agreements are met and in compliance with adopted ITIL processes.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the specialist areas of Digital & technology Services including Telecommunications and End User Devices.
- As required and under direction from Manager Field Services or Field Services Technical Co-Ordinator, support the Field Services Asset Lead in fulfilling service requests and asset refresh programs.
- Liaise with Modern Digital Workplace team to ensure system and device-based policies appropriately support end users experience and field.
- Resolve escalations for customer queries and issues.
The Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a IT Support Officer or IT Field Support Officer.
- Experience working within an Emergency Services organisation with demonstrated proficiency in a wide suite of technology operations, installation & support of End User Devices.
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills to enable ideas and opinions to be expressed clearly and effectively
- Required to possess a current Victorian Driver Licence
